Waterfront Penthouse Condo Renovation

This project involved a lot of coordination with the strata board and ensuring we followed all their rules and regulations while renovating the penthouse. This was a 2300 sq/ft condo and we took this condo down to the concrete floors and ceiling and rebuilt it from scratch. Full kitchen and two beds and two baths.
Slate Tile Floor
October 6th 2018
The floor in this kitchen and dining room was falling apart and needed to be replaced. This beautiful slate tile was installed by us with in floor heat.
Condo Laminate Floors
August 24th, 2018
This was a rental condo that was destroyed by the previous tenants. We came in and removed the old floors, fixed the walls, replaced all the kitchen kickplates and a few cabinets due to water damage, then all new laminate floors and paint.

Custom Floor to Ceiling Fireplace
The client wanted a custom electric fireplace in the corner of their living room. 12 foot ceilings with lots of angles.
Home Exterior
The home was initially white stucco and the home owner was looking for their house to stand out. After removing all the original stucco we framed a new front door, all new Hardie Shingle on the upper part of the home and stone on the bottom. A beautiful transformation.
Stair Case and Landing
After building a new home, this client realized they could not access the back yard without walking around the entire home and coming up the other side. With this new staircase and landing overtop of the retaining wall they can now easily access the back of their property.
